We may receive your name, email, telephone number, company name, current website, type of business, indicative budget, expected timetable and any information you voluntarily include in forms or communications. We do not request special categories of personal data.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess whether a project is a suitable fit, prepare a proposal and maintain communications before and during a potential professional relationship.

Processing is based on your consent when you contact us and, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps requested by you or the performance of a professional agreement.

Enquiries that do not result in a contract may be retained for up to 12 months for reasonable follow-up. Where a contractual relationship exists, relevant data is retained for the periods required by accounting, tax and legal obligations.

We may use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Zoho for email, Cal.com for call bookings and other providers required to operate the service. They process only the data necessary for their services. We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own advertising.

Some providers may process information from different countries. Where applicable, adequacy decisions, contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards are used.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by emailing hola@pageandplain.com. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

Processing is governed by Swiss data-protection law and, where applicable to services offered in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation.
